The filters for this fountain are not designed to be washed and reused. For optimal performance and to ensure your pet’s water stays fresh and clean, we recommend replacing the filter every 2 weeks. This helps remove debris, pet fur, and saliva effectively.

Can I order replacement pump?

Way better than the plastic one!

Happy that Pinky is drinking from this and we threw out the gross plastic thing that was growing algae. Requires monthly maintenance and I’ve noticed our hard water
