This food has a Sodium content of 0.15% as fed and 0.5% on a dry matter basis, a Protein content of 9.0% as fed and 30% on a dry matter basis, a Fat content of 4.5% as fed and 15% on a dry matter basis and a Fiber content of 0.9% as fed and 3% on a dry matter basis.

Tail Waggin Turkey is now a favorite of our picky Shepherd

It was a slow go at first, and I was afraid the amount of rice would be a turn-off for our very finicky Shepherd, but after 4 meals with half a container added each

It was a slow go at first, and I was afraid the amount of rice would be a turn-off for our very finicky Shepherd, but after 4 meals with half a container added each time, she now loves this food, and finishes an entire container (12-oz) not long after it's put on her plate. Arrived with no visible dry ice left after a one day shipping delay, but it was still frozen. High quality food. It is a bit pricey based on lower calorie count and amount needed for a large dog, but I will definitely purchase as I'm able, and stock up during sales.

Boone loves it!

This is very good quality food and I love that it comes in a tub with a lid. It’s easy to open and serve, and can store the remaining portion in fridge. Boone says

I have been using petplate for a few years now. Made the switch for my picky senior Bichon. Despite the unpleasant smell of the turkey, this is the only food she will eat. Her tear stains completely disappeared after trying many products for years and she can’t get enough. Her health is great at 16 and I want to attribute it to petplate. The only issue I have is keeping enough in stock!

Great Choice

Have a bit of a “picky eater.” This is around the fifth brand of dog food I have tried and the one that he’s stuck with the longest. They arrive frozen in a box

Have a bit of a “picky eater.” This is around the fifth brand of dog food I have tried and the one that he’s stuck with the longest. They arrive frozen in a box similar to other meal delivery services (think hello fresh). You can defrost overnight in the refrigerator, container can last about 1-2 days. I have tried 3 of the proteins with the lamb being his favorite, then the chicken, and lastly the turkey. Would definitely recommend as a quality “fresh” dog food.
