Is this jacket waterproof?

This dog jacket is not waterproof however it is water resistant. It is made of a nylon/polyester outer shell with buffalo check fleece lining. It features a leash opening, reflective trim, and snap to secure the hood. This puffer has full belly coverage with hook and loop closures.

Is there an opening for a leash to attach to a harness on the back?

Flattering but needs better stitches

The only reason I am not giving this a 5/5 is because right out of the box some of the stitching was ripped and undone. I do like that it’s fairly size inclusive

I have a 80lb boxer male who is hard to buy for because he is kind of awkward. This fits him really well but I probably could have sized down 1 because being slightly big on him he can easily pee on it while walking. Fabric is nice and light but warm. Color is flattering and easy clean
