About Petstages Toys for Dogs

Chew the Right Thing

Focus your dog’s natural chewing instincts and keep him chewing on the right things with Petstages chews. Chewing helps puppies deal with teething pain, and it helps adult dogs keep their teeth clean and exercise their jaw. It can also help relieve anxiety, boredom and frustration. Petstages chews help you create a safe and healthy outlet for all your dog’s chewing instincts.

Petstages Dogwood and Alternative Chews

Petstages makes alternatives to wood, rawhide and antler chews that let your pup chew without causing you worry. Their puppy chews include the Mini Cool Chew, which can be frozen for soothing relief, and the Mini Dental Rope Chew, with knots and rubber rings. Petstages also offers Orka chews for tough chewers.

Durable Wood Alternative

The Dogwood chew stick is made in the U.S.A. from a blend of natural wood fiber and safer synthetic materials.

Puppy Chews

Petstages Puppy Chews have textures to massage sore gums and canvas streamers help clean teeth.

Orka Toys

Petstages Orka chew toys are made for power chewers. They stand up to tough chewing and help reduce boredom and destructive behavior.

The Real Wood Dogwood Toy

The Dogwood chew toy contains real, natural wood, so it smells like a stick fresh off the tree! It has the real wood texture and taste your dog loves, without the threat of splinters.

Great for Interactive Play

With a shape ideal for throwing and carrying, the Dogwood stick is ready for some interactive fun! Take it outdoors and toss it to your pup for retrieval training or a quick game of fetch.

I thought this would be easier for my dog to hold because of the ring, but for some reason, it's hard for him to hold. I have a medium sized dog (30 pounds) and got the small size. It's still kind of too tall for him to fully enjoy. I'd recommend this small size for mid-size medium dogs.

Tiny

This ring is so tiny I wouldn’t even consider it a small, more like an XS. I had to donate it because the size wasn’t usable for my puppy.

Can get stuck on mouth

This may not be a frequent occurrence but had to throw this away because the design can get stuck around the lower jaw and hooked on the canine teeth. Yikes!

Not interested in it

It's a bummer that none of our 3 dogs like it. One played with it a couple times & now it just sits in the toy box. It doesn't seem very durable but we have 3 lab

Tough chew toy. Roux loves it.

Does not come apart when chewed. Big enough for him to hold it down with his paws while chewing. Very hard.

Shape

Is being used as a sliding toy rather than chew toy. Toy seems to be hard to pick up and or grab to chew
