I have a lot of trimmers that I have purchased over the years to trim my piggy hooves and this one surprised me. It helped me sort of shave off pieces rather than do hard cuts. That helped with one of my pigs who is pigeon-toed. They aren't that great as far as cutting the thickest part of the hooves, but their sharpness makes up for that.
