Love they are low in fat and limited ingredients

My dog has to be on a low fat diet and has to take pills all the time so this is very nice treat. It pulls apart so you can use it for any size pill. The only problem

My dog has to be on a low fat diet and has to take pills all the time so this is very nice treat. It pulls apart so you can use it for any size pill. The only problem I am having is that she caught on to the pill being inside this treat so now she wont finish the bag. I am going to try another flavor. Maybe even have 2-3 kinds of options to change it up. They are all individually wrapped so I am not afraid of them going stale.

Perfect for my pup

My dog has to take thyroid medicine twice a day and is allergic to chicken. Most pill pocket type of things have chicken as their base sothese duck ones are perfect for my pet and she loves them since her pill is tiny. I’m able to not use a whole pill pocket, can just use a little bit of One.

Packaging

I was searching for a pill pocket that had limited ingredients for my dog that has dietary issues. Pill pockets stopped making their particular type that I purchased

I was searching for a pill pocket that had limited ingredients for my dog that has dietary issues. Pill pockets stopped making their particular type that I purchased years ago for a dog that has since passed. I thought I would try this brand. First of all, they wrapped two pill pockets together in cellophane. I had to use scissors to open the package and cut down the side to even get the pill pockets out. Then to my dismay, there was no opening to place the capsule into the pocket. I had to mould the pill pocket around the capsule. I will finish these but will have to switch back to original pill pockets and hope they will not hamper my dog's digestive issues since I only have to use them twice a day.

Maybe try this one in the winter

These were delivered in the 100 degree heat of the south so by the time I got to them they had melted into one big mushy messy glob, per individually wrapped set

These were delivered in the 100 degree heat of the south so by the time I got to them they had melted into one big mushy messy glob, per individually wrapped set. I think it started as 2 squares per plastic packaging. Needless to say, they’re very difficult to use, extremely messy, and I won’t get them again. Maybe if I tried putting them in the fridge they would be easier to work with, but either way, not an easy option for a pup that is weary of pills to begin with. The plastic packaging is obnoxious and slippery to try to get into too.

My dog is not very interested in them. I was really hoping these would work, but sadly they’re not usable for us.
