So is this a 5 out of 5 for a chomper? Because my dog is an excessive, compulsive, anxious chewer, but loves to collect dirty old tennis balls from random places. He will hoard an old dirty tennis ball over a brand new 12" elk antler. Will this one last me a couple of days or even weeks?

Dog loves and doesn't wear down the teeth like Tennis balls

Switched to these from Tennis balls after years of said tennis balls, Livie's teeth were getting so worn out. Vet said b/c the rough exterior of tennis balls acts

Switched to these from Tennis balls after years of said tennis balls, Livie's teeth were getting so worn out. Vet said b/c the rough exterior of tennis balls acts like a fine file and wears down their teeth. I got the Outward Hound (used to be Planet Dog I think) rubber ball to replace the old tennis balls and not only does she like them, but they last much longer than the other ones. As an added benefit, you can put treats inside and she loves the challenge. Gave 4 out of 5 stars b/c they used to last longer under the Planet Dog brand - since Outward Hound branded, they come apart at the 'seams' more easily but while they last, they are good.

The ONE Ball

I have at least 100 pictures with my pup sleeping with Lemon in her mouth, it is the only ball she will pick up. She is a pop up ball star and because it is hollow

I have at least 100 pictures with my pup sleeping with Lemon in her mouth, it is the only ball she will pick up. She is a pop up ball star and because it is hollow we never worry she'll lose a tooth. It doesn't last forever but unless I sneak her torn ball away while she's sleeping she would enjoy it in ribbons!!
