All Planet Pleasures products are made in the Philippines.
I just received mine. How are you supposed to attach/secure it? Any other "toy" we've ever gotten her has a way to securely attach it so she wont just rip it down. The bird will be here tomorrow with my daughter, so I have to figure something out by then.

The pineapple toy may be hung using the fabric loop on the top. Some customer's have reported using a metal caribeener to attach it to their cage.
what materials specifically is this made of? is it palm?

This toy is made of palm leaf (out weave and part of the stuffing), abaca fiber (loop and part of the stuffing) and bamboo strips (cage to form the shape of the pineapple).
