I have been purchasing the Plato treats for my little dog for a long time, and this order, when it arrived, the treats were in crumbles. There was not even 1/4

I have been purchasing the Plato treats for my little dog for a long time, and this order, when it arrived, the treats were in crumbles. There was not even 1/4 of the bag that was usable. Both bags were in crumbles. Very very disappointed and will not purchase from Chewy again.

Rock hard - had to throw them away

These Plato strips were so hard I had to throw them out. I have bought other flavors previously and crumbled them on to kibble as a topper- these were so hard

These Plato strips were so hard I had to throw them out. I have bought other flavors previously and crumbled them on to kibble as a topper- these were so hard they couldn’t even be broken in half. I was afraid my dog might choke in them - dangerously hard. Gave one star because review wouldn’t go through without a star rating - they don’t deserve even a one star rating.

My labs have been eating Plato Turkey and Sweet Potato treats at bedtime for a long time because of the chewy texture and ease of digestion at night. Will never buy these again. My female now barfs them up before morning since they are too hard to chew and she swallows them whole. They are hard to break up as well. This is the second Plato treat whose quality has gone downhill and it is getting difficult to find suitable treats from Chewy with clean ingredients. As a regular auto full customer and stockholder I am very disappointed.
