Dogs destroyed them

I ordered 3 not realizing that they were soft. They were Christmas presents. Within 10 minutes all 3 were torn to shreds.

My little Dobergirl is both the queen of catching and the queen of destruction. So far this ball has survived quite a bit longer than most, and we use it to play catch indoors when the weather is too hot for outdoor games. My girl can get a good grip on this, and the softness of it prevents destruction of lamps etc if it happens to get away from her.

The stitching did not hold the product together.

The 4 identical balls that I bought all 4 came apart at the stitch lines. I contacted Chewy and they asked that I mail the 4 back to you. I actually only have 3

The 4 identical balls that I bought all 4 came apart at the stitch lines. I contacted Chewy and they asked that I mail the 4 back to you. I actually only have 3 to mail because my husband threw away one of them before I called to complain. I will send photos here. This photos were taken after just an hour of play. I have purchased this exact product for about 6 years and this had never happened before.
