What is the best size of the P.L.A.Y. "Snuggle Bed" for a 70 lb lab mix?

This product is recommended for dogs up to 50 pounds and will be too small for a large breed dog.

The video states that, for every P.L.A.Y. brand bed sold on P.L.A.Y.'s website, PetFinder will donate another bed to a shelter in need. Is this true if I buy a P.L.A.Y. brand bed on Chewy.com?

The Warm Bellies beds that are donated are only for beds bought off the manufacturer website at full retail price. Those beds are only the Lounge Beds, Rectangular Beds and Round Beds (not Snuggle).

Instruction PDF doesn't provide info on this Snuggle bed. Does this come with padding or do you need to add stuffing? If so, is the compartment zippered? Will the padding be in the correct location for all 4 bed shapes?

The has some stuffing however, if it's not enough for your pet you can add something like a blanket. When using either of the 4 shapes, the stuffing will be in the right position. Also, this bed does not have a zipper.

Terriers love this bed

This is the second one of these beds I have purchased. The first was 8 years ago. It still looks brand new! The bed is great for terriers because they love to burrow

I was impressed with the quality of this dog bed. Very well made. Good materials inside and outside. Thick, not flimsy. Large, oval bottom to sack leaves plenty

I was impressed with the quality of this dog bed. Very well made. Good materials inside and outside. Thick, not flimsy. Large, oval bottom to sack leaves plenty of breathing room. I bought the extra large in husky gray for my 28lb loves-to-burrow-under-the-covers terrier mix. There's enough room in the sack for two of him which is what I wanted so he could truly burrow. One of my cats enjoys it too. Great dog bed for this price. Have seen other "sacks" half this size for twice the price. Highly recommend.

This "bag" is MUCH smaller than it looks. The large size will fit my 12 lb chihuahua but just barely. The soft side is the outside so I flipped it inside out but

Ordered this in charcoal grey color as all the pics show the canvas part to be grey as well, and I planned on having the furry side inward, canvas out. Nope, the canvas is brown. I don't like brown. I imagine the cats won't care though. For as much as it cost, it would have been nice to see accurate pics. Otherwise, seems like a nice bed, especially with the different ways to configure it.

Our dog absolutely LOVES this bed. We just lift the top at bedtime and he burrows right in. Or he’ll go in on his own. He sleeps in it all night, and frankly doesn’t want to get up in the mornings because he’s so cozy. He used to try and come up in our bed at night to burrow in the sheets. Now I’m pretty sure he’s convinced his bed is superior. He’ll also go get his bed to bring it downstairs he loves it that much. In short, best purchase of a dog bed yet. We got the largest size and put it on top of a normal dog bed for extra cushion. Our dog also seems to like it with the furry side inside. Our dog is an 80 lb American Staffordshire. And it’s perfect for him. (And in the picture where you can’t see him, he’s in there!)
