Pumpkin last ingredient - not as advertised

I ordered these because on Chewy, pumpkin was listed as the second ingredient. But when the bag arrived, it’s the last ingredient. These biscuits are super hard

I ordered these because on Chewy, pumpkin was listed as the second ingredient. But when the bag arrived, it’s the last ingredient. These biscuits are super hard because most of it is rye flour and garbanzo bean flour. So disappointed.
