I love all Pork Chomp products and buy them on a regular basis. However the last 2 bags I bought of these thicker chews had a terrible smell when I opened the bag, like paint thinner or nail polish remover. They gave my dog diareha. All other Pork Chomp bones have been excellent, including these thicker chews in the past. Not sure what's going on here, must have been a bad batch
I've got two relatively large pups - one's 85 lbs and the other one is 95 lbs. It's hard to find stuff for them - especially my border collie mix - that they don't annihilate almost instantly. Don't get me wrong, these don't withstand much, but they last longer than the regular Pork Chomps and also Smart Bones, in my experience. They also really like that there are different textures, it seems. These aren't super smelly to me and I'm pretty sensitive to smells, but I also wouldn't want them eating them on the couch or a blanket. They're a good value for what they are, and the dogs really love them, so I'm happy!
Absolutely all my fosters love them! And they last a long time. But flexible enough you can add cheese or peanut butter in between.
I am a fan-favorite of the Premium Pork Chomps brand. My dog absolutely loves them and has enjoyed every product so far and has loved the pork ribz in the past. I saw this jumbo bag on Chewy and decided to purchase it. When I gave one to her from this bag, she took one sniff and left it behind (and she is an extremely food motivated dog). Tried another ribz and she did the same thing. It’s sad that this product changed and now I have a whole bag that my dog refuses to eat.
My two Pointers really like these and they are a bit more durable than the twists and the bone shaped chomps
My dog chewed the center out and choked on it. He got it out but I’m pretty sure it scratched his throat because he was doing a gagging thing for about a week after.
The dogs love this chew and we love how long it lasts!
After several years of Pork ChompRibz being the favorite and long lasting dog chew, The Ribz are not as they were last year and my dog won't even chew on them, even though he gets excited when I go to where I keep them, he has no desire to chew on them. Thinking is was 1 Ribz I gave him a couple more but more of the same. Apparently some corners have been cut in the production of this product.
Our dog absolutely loves these, and they last! We have a pit bull mix and one will last him a day to a day and a half. Absolutely amazing if you have a big chewer like us!!
My 106 lb Bernedoodle has loved these since he was a pup! For awhile we couldn’t find them anywhere and he was so sad! We have never found any other chew that seems to satisfy his need to gnaw as well, and they last a long while. He never finishes one before he tires out. Great way to wear him out before bed. They seem easy to digest, no nasty smells or stains.
