Bought this for my twin girls dwarf hamsters and the girls love it and so do the hamsters. Only downfall is, it is a little flimsy so I wouldn't recommend putting

Bought this for my twin girls dwarf hamsters and the girls love it and so do the hamsters. Only downfall is, it is a little flimsy so I wouldn't recommend putting a large pet inside. And wish there was more access doors to clean and get to the animal better.

Difficult and frustrating

Nothing seems to fit quite right. The shelves don't sit securely, the ramps are flimsy. there is no drawer so to clean the cage you have to take the clips off and

Nothing seems to fit quite right. The shelves don't sit securely, the ramps are flimsy. there is no drawer so to clean the cage you have to take the clips off and remove the bottom. Meaning you will need to remove your hamster while you change the bedding. The doors are narrow, so if you want to add or remove anything you will have to either take the bottom off or remove the roof. I had to take the roof off several times while setting things up. The wheels are too small for an adult hamster. When I tried to add my own wheel, I realized it would not fit through the narrow door. If you have other furry pets, I wouldn't trust this cage to stand up to a cat or dog. It's not too safe.

Flimsy and hard to clean

Cage is only suitable for dwarf hamsters or gerbils. Wheels are too small for teddy bear hamster. Cage does not come apart easily for cleaning. My hamster hated

Cage is only suitable for dwarf hamsters or gerbils. Wheels are too small for teddy bear hamster. Cage does not come apart easily for cleaning. My hamster hated it and is now happy in a 40-gallon long reptile tank with an easy-to-clean pull-out tray.

All species of hamsters need at least 600 square inches of floor space. This cage is way to small. Hamsters also should not have high shelves in their cages as they

All species of hamsters need at least 600 square inches of floor space. This cage is way to small. Hamsters also should not have high shelves in their cages as they have very poor depth perception and will jump off and get hurt. The base isn’t big enough to put bedding in for burrowing. And there’s no room for a proper sized wheel. Save yourself the heart ache and get a 40 gallon aquarium or a niteangel cage instead.

I am a newer owner of gerbils and they chewed the plastic ladders and platforms. The wheels are super small and they do not offer tubing that is replaceable. The tubing also doesn't work with other tubing brands. It feels cheap and is a pain to build and clean. I would avoid wasting your money on this cage.
