INGREDIENTS CHANGED....HORRIBLE NOW!!!

My cats used to love these treats, especially my girl with GI issues. The company changed the formula (took out the probiotics) & now they are darker in color &

My cats used to love these treats, especially my girl with GI issues. The company changed the formula (took out the probiotics) & now they are darker in color & ROCK hard! I cant even break them with chicken pounder, why would they reformulate something that was great into something cats cant even bite without breaking teeth or choking?? Sadly we will be looking for another brand & will never repurchase from this one again!

They changed the recipe! Rock hard treat now

It used to be softer and my cat loved them. Now they’re rock hard and I can’t even split it in half without hurting my fingers .It’s very hard for the cat to eat

It used to be softer and my cat loved them. Now they’re rock hard and I can’t even split it in half without hurting my fingers .It’s very hard for the cat to eat and they can choke. So disappointed because my cat absolutely loved the old recipe when it was softer. Won’t be purchasing anymore.

Shipping change not working.

You recently changed the way you are shipping canned food. You used to have the cans covered with it's cardboard cover and cardboard bottom and everything I got

You recently changed the way you are shipping canned food. You used to have the cans covered with it's cardboard cover and cardboard bottom and everything I got was in good shape. The last few times the canned food has had one layer of cardboard box and shrink wrap. Each time you have done that I have ended up with dented cans. This time the sharp edge of the cans as well as being dented cut into the expensive package of Orijen dry cat food. I might not have noticed it but that as I was pouring it into smaller containers and I wondered why it didn't smell as fresh as it usually does. Then I noticed the tear in the bag. I will take a picture tomorrow and send it. I personally would like you to go back to the way you used to ship canned food. It's just a matter of time before one of those pop tops gets dented really messes up the shipment. Thanks

My cat is not super picky when it comes to treats, but he’s always had his favorites. I wanted to give him something new so we tried these and oh my goodness he chewed through the first bag to get more! They smell like cheese, not like goat milk or chicken liver at all, they are crunchy and perfectly bite sized for a cat (or small dog when sharing is allowed) They are pricier than his normal treats, but definitely come with added nutrition and very little dust/crumbs at the bottom of the bag. Now if I offer him a different snack he looks for these. Guess we better order more.

My cat used to LOVE these. They had a little give and melted in his mouth and I could even split them with my fingernail. Now packaging is changed, they're hard

My cats loved these and I used them as treats and also toppers for their wet food. My 6 year old Maine Coon as trouble chewing hard treats so these were the perfect texture. Placed my normal auto order in June and when they arrived I noticed the packaging and the look of the treats had changed. Now my cats won’t touch them! Hope they go back to the previous formula.
