Sudz is an Excellent Product

I had always heard that dogs with long hair over their ears rarely get debris in them bc the hair protects their ears. That, my friend, must be an old wives tale. I couldn’t believe the dirt that came from Cash’s ears! I followed the directions and applied the solution with a tissue. Cash didn’t seem to mind at all! I bet if he could talk, he’d thank me! Pleasant scent and very easy to apply. An added bonus is that little goes a long way. I also want to note that Cash did NOT scratch at his ears at all before this. He gave no indication that he had dirt in his ears and there was never an odor. I bathe him regularly and make it a point to wash his ears. But I guess, since the dirt blended in with the color of this ears, I didn’t inspect them close enough. We live in a rural, heavily wooded area in Southern Indiana. Sudz Ear Cleaner will be added to my line up of Bathing products on “wash day.” After using Sudz, all is right with the World. (Especially when it pertains to Cash’s ears!) Cash and I highly recommend!

This Project Sudz Ear Cleaner is Purrfect! It is made with all natural organic ingredients & packaged in an amber glass bottle which is fully appreciated by me, the keeper of the pets. It is very simple to use & non-stinging so none of the animals protest. In fact, I think they all are happy to have clean ears. I always clean ears after bathtime just in case any water got in. The vinegar is helpful in changing the ph which prevents the ickies from growing. Every pet owner should be cleaning their pet's ears and with this product used for both cats & dogs why wouldn't you have it. I highly recommend Project Sudz Ear Cleaner!

I have 4 cats and 2 dogs. Two of the cats have ears that always are dirty. None of the animals like having their ears being cleaned. Is it the feeling, the smell, the sting? Hard to say why. This cleaning product is a clear liquid made from organic products. It has a familiar, sort of menthol smell. The dogs were not bothered by it when cleaning their ears but the cats still did not appreciate it. It was easy to use.

It was easy to apply, didn’t bother him, and left his ears looking and smelling much cleaner after just a couple of uses. I wasn’t able to use it on my cat because he absolutely refused to let me near his ears, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness for cats. But for routine cleaning on my dog, it’s been great. I would recommend it for regular ear maintenance, especially if you prefer more natural ingredients.

Not sure if it was from the wiping with a cotton ball or because pups ears were already irritated. I had taken my dog to the vet twice in 2 weeks for his ears and the cleaning solution the vet gave me seemed to make my pups ears scaly and bumpy, so tried this product. Seems ok for now, still early to tell, but does smell strong.

I followed the directions and am always gentle with my cat. I gently dried her ears, and while her ears were clean, she shook her head and pawed her ears gently for about 10 minutes. I know for certain, she does not have mites, or other conditions, but she really wasn’t a fan.

As with all topical medications/cleaners, I tested this on a small spot on my dogs' ears before using as normal. None of them had a reaction, so I soaked part of a flannel cloth with the cleaner and carefully cleaned their ears. None of my dogs seemed bothered by it. It did a good job in cleaning their ears, which I consider preventive care. I like that this doesn't have any harsh ingredients or anything that's likely to be reactive to any medications a dog might be on. I also like that you aren't expected to pour this product in the ear (one of my guys really doesn't like that). The jar reseals well to help prevent evaporation between uses.

Its online for the external parts of the ear, not to drip into the ear (I've been using the sort that you can run into the ear, then the dog or cat shakes all the grossness out). And being vinegar based, it's absolutely not for any broken skin. My dog just wasn't impressed, but his friend from next door licked his ears thoroughly, because that dog lives vinegar! I liked the pleasant odor, and it DID get off the crud from the ears, just not anything where a cotton ball couldn't reach.
