Used to be a 'must buy'

These collagen sticks were my dogs absolute favorite chew since he was a puppy--we probably went through at least 10 bags. Compared to other brands' collagen sticks, these have zero odor. They also last super long and support dental/joint/skin health. However, the past few times we received it in our autoship, they've been a noticeably darker brown. And they stain. EVERYTHING. Must be a new batch or new way they've been processing them? It really sucks because what used to give my dog an hour of soothing distraction + an hour of relaxation for me, has now become me needing to monitor where my dog is chewing 24/7 to prevent staining hard-to-clean areas of the house. I'm the biggest fan of Pupford and everything else I've gotten from them I've raved about and loved so the downfall of this product is an anomaly. TO PUPFORD: PLEASE go back to how you used to make them!

These seem to be okay chews, but whatever they flavor them with comes off on everything. They leave a brown stain on whatever they touch.

No longer 4oz, now 2.25oz for the same price

These chews were a great size until recently. Now they're less than half the size of the previous collagen sticks, a little bigger than a No. 2 pencil. They are

These chews were a great size until recently. Now they're less than half the size of the previous collagen sticks, a little bigger than a No. 2 pencil. They are not going to last at all for out Saint Bernard puppy. I contacted Chewy when I realized how small they were and they sent a replacement, but the replacement has the same issue. Pupford needs to do some quality control checks.
