Pupford Good Dog Food Beef Recipe Freeze-Dried Dog Food, 16-oz bag

I switched my dogs to an all-beef food because of skin allergies, and the reviews were stellar. My dogs absolutely loved this food. After consuming this food for about 6 weeks, my first dog developed severe diarrhea and vomiting, requiring a VET visit, with extensive testing. It turns out this food was the culprit. She told me she is seeing more and more cases of gastritis in dogs consuming raw foods. I was shocked, thinking I was feeding my dog the best food. He was treated for all parasites as well. My second dog developed symptoms 3 days later (despite stopping the food), and she was critically ill, requiring IV fluids and abx. She is tiny and needed extra support. Her white blood count was very high, indicating she was fighting an infection. I was devastated. My VET told me all it takes is one batch of contaminated meat, and your dog will become sick. The cost of their care was $4,500! Please reconsider giving your dog raw foods.

Dixie and Boone love Pupford Good Dog food! It’s a great quality product, conveniently packaged and easy to store and feed. The pieces are soft enough for Boone (a Boston Terrier) to eat, and not hurt his mouth. And the calorie content is just right for Dixie (a slightly overweight cattle dog).

Im so glad we ordered the new pupford beef dog food! My dogs absolutely love these small dog food. Easy for them to eat. Ive order the chicken and beef flavor and the beef is definitely my pups favorite.
