How to put on dog harness

To put the harness on your dog, gently slip the thicker, neck piece over their head and make sure the latch to attach the leash is on their back. Then, have your dog step through the loop with their front, left foot and grab the remaining clasp. Extend the clasp behind the right elbow and connect it to the buckle.
does this harness also come with a leash?

This harness does not include a leash. The matching leash Puppia Two Tone Dog Leash is available.
I just received my order but I need to know how the harness is supposed to fit? Does the clip belong on the dogs chest or back. Do you have a picture of how the dog wears it?

The Puppia label will go under their chin. The strap that you clasp will then be going across their back and the D-Ring to attach a leash will be on top of the back between their shoulders.
Is this harness good for a miniature dachshund given their potential issues with neck/back issues?

The purpose of using harness is prevents injuries to your dog's trachea, especially if he has a tendency to pull on the leash. By using the harness, when the dog owner pulled, the dog receive less to no pressure to the neck.

Fits my little 15# spaniel rescue perfectly

I followed the measurements & size medium fits my little one perfectly, he does need to drop 1-2 pounds though so hopefully it won't be too big for him then. the blue looks adorable with his fur color. I've bought several of these harness and they last for a good couple years (my dogs get walked multiple times a day so they get a lot of use), I like that they dry quickly and are light weight. don't seem to bother them when wearing them

Looks good, chaffing if no fur

I have a 48lb Cur/Lab mix who has barely any fur on his belly/armpits so I got this since it wraps around. Looks FANTASTIC and actually fits. Easy enough to get on and is nice for those that are gentle pullers (meaning they don't drag you but they pull a bit). My ONLY thing was that it ended up chaffing on one of his sides. I had it fit snugly, I tried it a little more loose on his tummy, and it still rubbed his skin raw. :( ended up having to exchange for a different harness. But looked good for a while!

decent harness

Bought the medium for my 14 pound spaniel according to the measurements. Fits beautifully around the chest but runs snug in the neck, made putting on a chore with a rambunctious puppy. Secure once on and he's ignoring it.

Works the best

I have had harnesses that my Houdini dog has gotten out of every time. Not this one... not ever and she gave it a good try. Ordering new ones to replace the one she's had for quite awhile. Getting two. Very comfortable for her and wears it most of the time Easy to clip to. Easy wash.

Florida weight harness!!

Easy on and off adjustable harness; just need to get a matching leash!! Gave the smaller size one to a neighbor with a tiny border terrier.

Not worth the money

Head opening is too small, not adjustable. Clasp fails to release. Had to cut it off. JUNK!

Lightweight and soft

Only one clip is nice since it makes on/off an easy process. Unfortunately there was not enough adjustment to make it fit well on our pooch. And the clip was snug up against her leg. Otherwise we would have kept it for sure!

Neck is too small on harness

The chest area is perfect for my growing puppy, but unfortunately the neck area is too small. I can barely get the harness on him, which then really tightens up around his neck if he pulls on the leash.
