Not for cats

I really really wanted to like this product. Ive been introducing it to them slowly for week because the flavor is minty. They dont like it one bit. But that said,

I really really wanted to like this product. Ive been introducing it to them slowly for week because the flavor is minty. They dont like it one bit. But that said, I cant see it work well with cats in general because of the size. The wipe is too big to stay on your finger while you try to wipe the cats' teeth. I have medium sized girlies 9lb and 10lb respectively. The wipe will slip off your finger and the material is too thick (im sure it's for ensuring they dont swallow it though) to get into the grooves of the teeth. I really wanted to like this product. It was recommended by a friend who has small dogs. She said it works well for their teeth. I specifically looked for the cat version, thinking the size would be more accommodating to smaller mouths but it is still way to big making it difficult to work with. Also on a safety note, it foams easily compared to toothpaste. I was trying to see if they would chew it to help release the solution and boy was it a bad move. I stopped using it completely because my cat choaked, cough and sneezed on it. So beware of aspiration. My cats are prone to gingivitis and tartar so im always on the lookout for things to help their teeth. This one was a really bad try. I think it would have worked better if this products used stick swabs or q-tips for cat application. Attached is the picture of the wipe. It was definitely for bigger dogs with longer snouts. Cats feel like an afterthought

So easy for getting dogs acclimated

These are so simple to use for pups that you want to be able to be comfortable when their teeth need cleaning. One side is slightly gritty, the other side is smooth

These are so simple to use for pups that you want to be able to be comfortable when their teeth need cleaning. One side is slightly gritty, the other side is smooth for their gums. Not any overpowering smell to turn the dogs away. They don't fight me like when I use other products.

The way it helped break down the tartar

The first time I used these pads I rubbed my dogs canine tooth about 3 min . Waited then rubbed another 2 min and the tarter softened and I could chip it right off

I bought these wipes to help slowly get rid of the tartar on his teeth. He already has good oral hygiene. I prefer to brushing his teeth and putting an additional additive to his water to help his oral hygiene. Sadly, these were a waste of money, and my dog is not too crazy about them.
