A hard cookie that breaks easily.. this cookie was picky eater approved. Our old boy gets pills daily so he is a skeptic in cookies. He loved these. Having an older boy that has choked makes me watch that the cookies break down easily and boy this cookie was great. Easy for him to chew. Also the perfect size for stuffing in his toy. The mule at my work loved these too.
