My dog hated this and will not eat it

The big chunks of Turkey and Venison once moist turn into rubbery unchewable goo. I found this out after he kept spitting them out. I have always fed him Purina

I have always fed him Purina one, but because they are out of stock of his normal kind ordered this Big Mistake. Will check locally for his normal Purina One small bites beef and rice.
