I bought the Purina Pro Plan (Chicken & Rice Formula) for my older dog, Cozy, who is sick. He has really enjoyed it as has my younger dog, Lily. I'm sure I'll purchase it again in the future. Cozy is very particular about his food and turns his nose up at most dry food. However, he finishes the bowls of Purina that I put in front of him. Thanks, Chewy!

Good price, delivered on time (actually 1 day early). We've been ordering kibble on-line for a while from another source and it was always delivered packed loosely in a box that was too large allowing the contents to shift and literally beat their way through the box. The chewy package was sized just right and arrived in great condition making it much easier to handle prior to opening. Price was equal and package was fresh as expected.

My black lab golden retriever mix is 15 1/2 years old. He has been eating this food for the last few years and has done well on it and enjoyed it. However, the last bag I recently got has lost his interest. Each day he showed less interest in eating it and I would really have to doctor it up with other things for him to eat any of it. This morning he flat out refused to eat it until offered him some of my other dogs food of a different kind of pro plan and he gobbled that right up. I don’t know if Purina changed the formula on this, but I will be looking for a new food for him.

It’s too expensive to keep throwing out and am worried she is not getting the right nutrition. please provide feedback to Purina, I was told by the vet to change to Purina, now I don’t know what to pick

My dog is getting up there in age (currently 9), and when my vet asked during our check up what we fed her, I mentioned this food. The vet said that this is the food that is recommended to all senior dogs to help stave off cognitive decline as much as possible! Please note that the fat content of this dog food is higher than others, so it appears it did increase my dog's cholesterol.
More alert and focused
I feel it helps my 14yr. old husky be more alert and mentally sharp. He is even more playful. Plus he seems to like the food.

Our almost 14 year old dog started being restless and waking us up to go outside 3-5 times/night. She would potty, but also wander around the yard. It was exhausting and we started thinking we would have to leave her outside for us to get any rest. I decided to try this food since other reviews showed that it could help. I wasn't sure, but it was worth a try. We've had her on this for 8 days (transitioning from her previous food). It's been a miracle! Complete game changer. She has NOT woken us up at all for the past 3 nights. Not restless and sleeping soundly. Also seems to have more mental clarity during the day. I highly recommend this as it has definitely changed our life. WE also buy the wet/canned formula and mix a little in with her dry. Also she LOVES LOVES LOVES this food. Gobbles it up and is excited for her meals. Seems easy for her to eat and digest..... Highly Highly recommend!!!!
