I have one of those cats that is so hard to feed. She will be eating a certain kind of food and then out of nowhere she will decide she is not going to eat that anymore. So I bought this not knowing how she would respond and she loves it and eats every last bite. It’s her favorite now. So I am pretty happy about it.

Just switched to Pro Plan Chicken Pate from Pro Plan Chunky Chicken. I noticed my cat leaving the "chunks" that came in the chunky chicken, so thought she would prefer the pate. She loves it! Plate is licked clean every time.

Fish smell

Even though it is chicken entree, upon opening can strong fish odor. Fish is listed as ingredient. My senior cat loved the taste but couldn't tolerate digesting

Even though it is chicken entree, upon opening can strong fish odor. Fish is listed as ingredient. My senior cat loved the taste but couldn't tolerate digesting food due to the ground up fish bones. Maxi has sensitive digestion system and vomits up this All life stages food. Will donate remainder of cans to local shelter. Maxi did fantastic with the Prime Plus line which has been discontinued by Pro Plan.

I've been trying to find foods that all 3 of my cats like because they are so picky. This is one food that they all ate. I tried two different flavors but the Chicken flavor was the winner. Two of them have health issues so I need to please them so they will eat but I want a food that has healthy ingredients also. This one was a big hit with all three. I also had been feeding them dry food during the day and they liked the Pro Plan All Life Stages so we'll be getting more of both of them.

I Really Enjoy this Purina Pro Plan wet Cat Food! I tried it and it was a Hit with 2/3 of my Senior Kitties. I first Noticed the Texture of this Food and let me tell you it's Moist! Other Brands do not Compare, it was a very Wet, Juicy Consistency. I was very pleased with how Fresh this Food is. As soon as I sat it on the ground my 2 Cats were off to the Races. They licked the Bowl Clean (most times my cats leave little crumbles behind.) My third Cat Nibbled at it but wasn't nearly as Impressed as the others. Overall My Cats Love it and I'm going to try another Flavor next time to get everyone on the Yummy Train! I also really appreciate the Simple Ingredients and the lack of unnecessary Junk most Brands put in my Babies Food. I will Recommend Purina Pro Plan Wet Cat Food to my Family and Friends.

3 out of 3 cats agree that the Purina Pro Plan chicken pate has a purrfect blend of real chicken and essential vitamins and nutrients to keep them active and healthy for years to come! The pate has a pleasant smell and is easy to scoop out. All 3 cats devoured this pate and then proceeded to flip on their bellies in bliss. They enjoy a can each night and have developed shinier fur and more sustained energy. Purina is a trusted brand in our household so it was seamless to incorporate this pate into their dinner. There were no digestive issues, other than the first night when Mr. Clean Up overindulged in his sister's leftovers. A can of pate is large enough to be proportioned to either serve as a meal or add to their dry food. Since they are indoor cats, having a high protein meal without unnecessary fillers is important. I feel great knowing they are receiving a well balanced and healthy meal.

All three of our cats tried this product. Our 16-year-old cat seemed to like it the best. She ate the most at once, compared to our 1 year old cat who took two or three bites before switching to another bowl of food. Our 11 month old kitten ate several bites but then seemed to want something different also. I tried this food for several different meals with about the same result. It didn't seem quite tasty enough for them to want the whole can at once. All of our cats prefer pate food, but maybe they would like a different flavor. They've had a lot of food with chicken lately.
