Finally there is a food that helps control saliva protein to reduce allergens for humans to cats. While I only have a mild allergy, I have recommended this to others

Finally there is a food that helps control saliva protein to reduce allergens for humans to cats. While I only have a mild allergy, I have recommended this to others who are very pleased with the results. Since my cats tend to over eat, and break the auto feeder to get more, the weight management part has only had a small impact in the last year. All the cats love this food though.

Constipation but no allergies

My cat went to the ER for serious constipation; all I can say is he only eats this dry food with its corresponding wet food, but I had no cat allergies.

Caused both cats to get sick

Wanted to give this a shot despite the very high price. Unfortunately it made both of our cats quite sick (we might find a hairball / cat puke once every 7-14 days

Wanted to give this a shot despite the very high price. Unfortunately it made both of our cats quite sick (we might find a hairball / cat puke once every 7-14 days between the two of them, within 3 days of introducing this they’ve both thrown up 1-2x/day). Won’t be using the rest of the bag despite not feeding 1/10 of it yet. No benefit here, only poorly cats after introducing this food.

I have four cats and recently my husband found out that his asthma was caused by his allergy to cats. Yikes! Obviously, I was not getting rid of the cats (hubby would go first) so I had to find another option. The shelter coordinators where I foster kittens (yes...kittens too) told me about Live Clear. I read the reviews and was impressed and bought some. It is working. Hubby's asthma is gone and so he can stay. The cats even like it. I do have to warn you that if you free feed, like me, then they may gain weight. All of my cats gained two pounds--which is a lot for a cat. So, I had to put them on the weight management formula. Hopefully, this will help.

My kitties have been loving this food. their coats are shiny and they are maintaining their weights. My boyfriend is severely allergic to cats, and i just have slight allergies. This food + brushing daily outside + an air purifier + Allerpet Spray? We have no problems at all! All worth it for sweet kitty snuggles.
