What is the phosphorous percentage on dry matter basis?

he Cod & Shrimp Entrée has a phosphorus content of 0.37% on a dry matter basis. The Salmon & Tuna Entrée has a phosphorus content of 1.54% on a dry matter basis. The Ocean Whitefish & Salmon Entrée has a phosphorus content of 1.39% on a dry matter basis.

What are “meat by products”? Does that include chicken?

The description says ‘weight control’. Does that mean lose/maintain weight or gain weight? I’m trying to get my senior cat to gain weight.

Can i give this to my younger cats?

The cats never get tired of this soft food. I have finally found a soft food where they eat all of the flavors in the variety pack. They usually get bored after some time but they have eaten this food for almost a year. The portions are perfect for a single cat and I mix it with a little Hydracare liquid, which they also surprisingly eat.

My cat loves these. She is an older cat (12 year), and has gotten picky. The 12-pack box contains 4 cans each of Cod & Shrimp, Ocean Whitefish & Salmon, and Salmon

My cat loves these. She is an older cat (12 year), and has gotten picky. The 12-pack box contains 4 cans each of Cod & Shrimp, Ocean Whitefish & Salmon, and Salmon & Tuna. These are definitely more expensive than the Friskies pate canned cat food I had been feeding her...which she had begun not to eat very well. I now mix the Purina Pro Plan Seafood with some Friskies pate (to save on expense),and she eats much better.

Have older cat having some stomach upset so veterinarian said to try other food and gave me suggestions. So give wet can food sometimes and mix in with little of the dry cat food. Fingers crossed everything will go well. Just being patient a while to slowly wean them to new food. Hopefully works.

This was the first time changing to a senior food for my cats. I was skeptical they would actually eat it but the bowls have been licked clean every time they get it. Litter box odor is much better after #2’s as well so that’s a huge plus!
