Do these break apart in pieces? My dog has swallowing problems.

Dogs got sick a couple times before I caught on, I quit purchasing them after getting more bad ones. It’s unfortunate because they absolutely loved them.

Taste is questionable

Good for a heavy chewer, they hold up pretty well. One of my dogs will chew on it off and on and my other dog, the major chewer, won’t touch it.

Rubber/elastic band found INSIDE chew - terrible hazard

We were horrified to find pieces of whatever rubber or elastic band this company uses to roll up these cheeks inside the chew. We only found this after noticing

We were horrified to find pieces of whatever rubber or elastic band this company uses to roll up these cheeks inside the chew. We only found this after noticing that our dog was pulling these bits out from the inside of the chew. Needless to say that ingesting a rubberband can be deadly for dogs. Thankfully, we were able to catch her pulling these out right away. We will never feel comfortable buying this chew again.
