I am impressed with this food as there are actual pieces of chicken, carrots and green beans, etc. It doesn't have a paste consistency as so many dog foods do. This comes in a small tub that can be reheated. My little Maltipoo really likes this but doesn't eat all of it at one sitting so reheating is a plus. My only issue is it's kind of expensive but I know he's getting quality ingredients.

This is the most disgusting smelling dog food ever! It was recommended for a dog with pancreatitis. Would never get again as “meat” was hard as a rock and it left the kitchen and living room stinking horribly. Wonder why anyone would ever buy a second time.

  • My dog loves this so much!

When any box comes to the door, my dog goes crazy for it. She jumps in the box to see what it is. I only feed her a little of this a day and she gets me out of bed in the morning to feed her. She whimpers waiting for it.

  • Chicken? Or not!

Have been buying Rachael Ray brand for over a year since we got our dog. I even switched the cats over. I was buying the variety pack of wet food to supplement his dry food. I do the same for my cats. He loves them so I bought some of the Chicken paw pie for the cats. Great product. So good that the dog goes crazy for it... In cat food form! He whines to get to it. The dog food version, however, is highly disappointing. It looks like beef as it is brown. The cat food version smells great and looks like chicken. I am going to try the chicken mutt balls. If this is not better, I will just buy the cat food version as this is only added to his dry food a few times a week and will not Have been buying Rachael Ray brand for over a year since we got our dog. • Dogs love it with their Dry!

Using Rachel Ray dry food for both our small and large dogs, but they're spoiled I admit, and they always want something 'good' mixed in for flavor....so now I'm using this, and it lasts for 2-3 meals! Really nice big chunks of meat, and even can be warmed up a bit in the microwave - good purchase!!

  • Not my small dogs' first choice

    By on

The chicken chunks in this recipe are large and tough for small older dogs to chew, consequently my 3 small, older dogs did not enjoy this food even after I cut it into smaller pieces. It is also relatively dry and contained very few vegetables.
