Hard as a brick

The dog played with it for awhile, but it is so hard that he couldn't do anything with it. After several days of it left on the floor, I soaked it in water. Then the roll was softened up enough that he could work on it.

Hickory smoked Rawhide may not be for every pup

My Great Dane puppy loved the hickory smoke Rawhide but my older Great Dane I think was put off by the smell and taste of the hickory smoke and wouldn't eat it even though she loves rawhides.
