what is the girth measurement for size small?

Each size is adjustable from 3.5-6 feet in length. The X-Small is ½ inch wide, Small is 5/8 inch wide, Medium is 4/5 inch wide and the Large is 1 inch wide.
Is there a weight guide for the different sizes of Red Dingo Classic Adjustable Dog Leashes?

The X-Small would be most appropriate for pets up to 15 pounds, the Small is for pets up to 25 pounds, Medium is for pets up to 60 pounds and the Large is for pets over 60 pounds.
How heavy is the clip? Is it a similar weight to that of a leash used for medium to large dogs?

Good, not great

I really like this leash. It is sturdy and easy to clip on. The one issue is that when it is at its shortest length, it get stuck on everything because of the loop that gets created. It gets stuck on dog legs, posts, human legs, branches, etc. If it had a larger or several pieces that hold the loop together this would happen much more infrequently. Having it at its longest length addresses the issue completely.

Barely worth $7

Got this for my little pup who wears a Velcro harness. The handle gets stuck on the harness and shreds. The handle also gets stuck and shreds on the pavement. The clasp is hard to grip and is tough to push open.

Cute, but clasp is small

I bought this for my Maltese mix to match her current hot pink and black halter. The color is great but the clasp/hook is not big enough for the double D-rings of her halter. It is of no use to me, but I did buy it for the width and color.

Strong leash for puppies

I have a rambunctious American Bully puppy who currently is not well trained on a leash, so she tends to pull sometimes. This is strong enough for me to hold her close by my side without breaking the leash (I already went through two other leashes). We got the pink one, and the color is nice as well.

Adjustable length

The padded handle feels good in the hand and the leash is adjustable in length so it can be optimized for the dogs size and gait. The green is also a nice shade to compliment our dog’s coloring.

Long leash

The leash itself is well made however the clasp is way too large. I wanted a longer leash for my small dog but not one with a huge clasp. I should have returned it.
