Poor Quality

The first few shipments I received were 5 star, Great quality. Then the quality went downhill fast. This last ship I received a few days ago was foul smelling. It's

The first few shipments I received were 5 star, Great quality. Then the quality went downhill fast. This last ship I received a few days ago was foul smelling. It's obvious the product was stored in an area with a lot of moisture. The cow ears were covered in brown, sticky gunk and mold. I've been purchasing this product for the past year, one box every 6 to 8 weeks, but won't be able to continue doing so due to the quality issues.

Source may have changed as both dogs have diarrhea from this order

We had previously bought this same brand of cow ears, and all our dogs had liked them and had no issue. However, this order appeared to have some issue as both dogs

We had previously bought this same brand of cow ears, and all our dogs had liked them and had no issue. However, this order appeared to have some issue as both dogs (one young, one adult; both have had cow ears before) experienced diarrhea from this order. Nothing else have changed regarding their diet and activity - once they stopped having this chew, their diarrhea stopped. While I like the size and the lack of odor from cow ears, I unfortunately can no longer give these to my dogs.

Nala & Toby LOVE THE COW EARS!!!

Our dogs love these cow ears. Usually they get sick after eating bones, but these they're perfectly fine. They lasted about 10 minutes and they really get so excited
