Quality ingredients but

I loved the quality of the ingredients but my pittie got horrible diarrhea for 4 days after adding this to his food to transition. Back to searching for a food

Great food

I love that this is chicken free as it's hard to find food or treats without chicken and I have a dog that is allergic. All 3 of my dogs like the taste and ate it

I love that this is chicken free as it's hard to find food or treats without chicken and I have a dog that is allergic. All 3 of my dogs like the taste and ate it up but definitely for large breeds as in description at the kibble is large sized. Overall definitely recommend. The only downfall that I like that it doesn't have and isn't a huge deal for me is the bag is not resealable.

I don't normally buy grain free but decided to give this a try! The instant the Chewy box was in the house, the dog and cats gave the box a good inspection, I regularly order and this never happened before. Opened the bag and now I get it, definitely smells of fish oil!! My girl already gets fish oil in her morning meal, so it's something I could do without in her food, but I don't think .05% will hurt her (I might reduce a pump). She LOVES this food and took no time to transition her, no stomach issues that I noticed either.

We received the red barn food a couple of days ago. Initially both dogs were interested in the new food bag, one especially would not leave the bag. I decided to open it and give him a few kibbles. He immediately took them and proceeded to spit them out. He sniffed them a little and tentatively took one in his mouth and ate it and decided he liked it and wanted the rest. So far I have been giving both dogs small hand full in their food to see how they tolerate it and so far so good.

I have a purebred Belgian malinois and adore her so what i feed her is very important to me. The first 5 ingredients are animal proteins and all the ingredients i can pronounce. I have tried all the best foods for her and i can say without a doubt this is the best by far she loves it, when i open the bag to give her some she's right there like its a treat. She also loves Redbarn collagen chews and so good for her, i definitely give this dogfood 5 stars and would absolutely recommend to any medium to larger dog breed excellent brand!

I will first point out that I am a husky owner. They randomly decide to not eat certain kibbles. I look for brands with high quality ingredients and different shapes

I will first point out that I am a husky owner. They randomly decide to not eat certain kibbles. I look for brands with high quality ingredients and different shapes and sizes to mix in the food for variety. One of my two huskies loves this food and eats this first, the other seems to prefer small pieces first but still eats it all. I will definitely keep this in the rotation of base kibble.

Its doesn't smell like other dog foods, which I attribute to the quality ingredients like real beef and lamb, garbonzo beans, peas sweet potatoes, sunflower oil and lots of minerals and vitamins. I like that I can reseal the bag. It keeps the moisture in and the food fresh.
