are these irradiated?

Redbarn does not irradiate their treats or chews because their stringent processing by specific heat temperatures and timing performance ensures proper lethality to pathogens. Redbarn performs multiple samplings for moisture levels (to ensure no inhabitants of bacteria/mold growth) and multiple microbial testing (to ensure negative results for salmonella, coliforms, yeast, etc.). Additional testing is performed before the product is packaged, to again, ensure no cross-contamination occurred during storage or packaging.

Do these bones smell. I have bought some of yours with a red wrapper and the smell was so bad I just threw them away.

If you want to really give your furbaby a treat that taste good and that will give them the durability and great quality that justifies the amount of money you spend on a treat then Redbarn is the perfect answer.We’ve bought so many different brands and yes many are cheaper but they don’t give our girl the excitement and joy she gets when she is handed a Redbarn treat.So that tells us these are her favorites,just like us ,we know going into a restaurant is way better food than driving through a fast food place.So we always get her what she loves just as we would ourselves.Yes All Redbarn products,cost a little more,but they give our furbaby way more time chewing on her treat ,and enjoying it and that’s what it’s all about !! We highly recommend all Redbarn products,and we will be back to purchase more to stock up for the month ! My dog loved tendons, but...

My dog got persistent UTI's and after a year on PROIN we realized it was the tendons causing them. She hasn't had a UTI since we stopped giving her tendons. Bummer

Tendon treats

Last longer than a bully stick. Was disappointed a bit as I ordered 4 large and 3 of the 4 were large but one was not a large size at all even though it was labeled

Great treat/chew and don't Stink!

Our do really liked these treats and we did too. They don't stick!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is b/c they are so expensive!

Large But Not 'Chewy'

My dog Charlie snaps pieces off and swallows them whole while they are still dry. He finishes one quickly and I find sharp edges in his poo later. This worries

My dog Charlie snaps pieces off and swallows them whole while they are still dry. He finishes one quickly and I find sharp edges in his poo later. This worries me that the pieces could be scratching or even cutting him inside. If I soak them long enough they will be chewy and last much longer with no sharp edges.

Long lasting chew

My two pups love these chews. My boy is an aggressive chewer but still last a long time. He has to actually gnaw and chew unlike some chews that he was able to

My two pups love these chews. My boy is an aggressive chewer but still last a long time. He has to actually gnaw and chew unlike some chews that he was able to crack or brake into chunks that posed a potential chocking hazard for him. My girl is not an aggressive chewer and still enjoys these very much. Not much smell and have no artificial colors to stain the carpet.

Size Varies Dramatically

I ordered two large tendons and they may be roughly the same weight, but one is so short that it's choking hazard for my 65lb dog. Pictured is the two red barn larges

I ordered two large tendons and they may be roughly the same weight, but one is so short that it's choking hazard for my 65lb dog. Pictured is the two red barn larges side by side and the small "large" one next to the XL tendons I've ordered before. I'm highly disappointed that I can't even give this to my dog.
