In the pictures it appears that white shelf has a shaggy covering but the other have a flat tight weaved carpeting. Is this correct? Why don’t they all have the same type of covering?

It looks great in our family room without looking like we live in a cat house, but the cat lives in our house. It has a removable carpet-top. Our kitty loves finding things on the shelf that I toss up there for her to find, when she's not napping.

I expected the piece to be finished

we haven't put it up yet becasue the the wood is not finished under the pad. I do not like the fluffy white hair pad as the cat is black and it is hard to clean

I am struggling to find a low pile or berber replacement pad for this. the style is nice but it should have had more options and been completely finished for the cost.

Don't waste your money

The quality has gone down hill on these shelves. It arrived with damaged paint at the seam but we had already hung it so we're not going to return it. 28 days later

The quality has gone down hill on these shelves. It arrived with damaged paint at the seam but we had already hung it so we're not going to return it. 28 days later and the paint is continuing to crack and peel off. I contacted Refined Feline CS and was told to buy a furniture pen. Luckily Chewy has amazing CS and refunded this poorly made shelf. Given the price it's definitely not worth it as it looks terrible. I even bought a furniture pen which just further caused the paint to flake off.

For the price, the wall shelf is very modern and a great place for my cats to lounge. The only reason it's 4 out of 5 was the delivery - the box arriver damaged
