Packaging damaged

When lamp came in the outer shipper was in perfectly fine shape but the bulb inside had broken free from both ends but still in one piece. I have not attempted to

When lamp came in the outer shipper was in perfectly fine shape but the bulb inside had broken free from both ends but still in one piece. I have not attempted to insert it into my ballast yet. I can understand shipping not being completely on Chewy as all in all it was well wrapped inside the shipper tube but the ends having no support or tape to help keep them closed in shipping could have been better dealt with

Bulb works fine, second time purchasing

I bought the same bulb last year and it still lights up - I just bought the new one to replace it since it's been 12 months and the amount of UV starts to decline
