My 15 year old Bijou is showing signs of dementia and his constant pacing, inability to settle, getting lost facing walls and corners, not recognizing us, etc. was breaking my heart. I saw this supplement and hoped it would help him. I wasn’t expecting a miracle or instant cures, but we saw improvements within a couple days after starting this supplement. My boy now sleeps through the night, no longer paces and gets up/down constantly. He’s more alert and recognizes us. He seems more happy and excited. I’m thrilled to have my baby back.

So far so good!

I dont know if it works or not. Using as a preventative, dogs are all ok. They are able to take it with no issues from taking it i.e. no upset stomachs, no vomiting

I am compelled to write this, although with reservations. My five pound Affenpinscher is 14 years old and has right sided congestive heart failure. She is on the usual meds for this. It seemed like a good idea to add this supplement. In retrospect, for Chloe, it wasn't. After two less than full doses she developed Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome (AHDS). Since the cause of AHDS can be a hypersensitivity reaction, and there is a warning on the box related to known sensitivity to iodine, I can only assume she has an unknown sensitivity to iodine which caused her to start hemorrhaging from receiving the supplement. Or perhaps this supplement had nothing to do with the problem--hence my reservations about writing this. Nothing else in her routine had changed, although she had experienced slight bleeding of unknown origin several weeks before which was treated. This current situation, however, was terrifying and thanks to an excellent ER vet, she is still alive. So please be careful and if your dog is tiny, elderly and fragile, it might be better to avoid as much as you want a miracle for his or her cardiac status. I will say that the two days she received a small dose she was quite lively.

This has made a significant positive with IVDD

My pomchi has IVDD, giving one capsule daily, only had 1 episode in 2 yrs. Might want to give this a try, also great for their coat. Course, no jumping or stair
