So Far, So Great

Bought this on a whim after seeing it on the ZestyPaws page. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it with my 13 year old. He was hiding away more and more in the bedroom

Bought this on a whim after seeing it on the ZestyPaws page. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it with my 13 year old. He was hiding away more and more in the bedroom instead of being around the living room. He used to love laying outside too and he wasn't doing that anymore. I was wondering if this would help support him as he's aging. Well, within a week or two he started spending more time interacting, he seems happier, and has a bit more pep to his step. He seems happier, which makes me really happy. I think we'll continue with this supplement. It's expensive, but seeing the joy my old boy has again makes it worth it.

Nearly 2x the price for worse product. Human supplement now cheaper.

The pill and probiotic wrapper was great. You could toss it to your dog and he could swallow it whole. Or lap it up in a meal without noticing. This new product

The pill and probiotic wrapper was great. You could toss it to your dog and he could swallow it whole. Or lap it up in a meal without noticing. This new product is just a packet of powder with which you have to likely ruin the taste of the entire meal. My dog still ate his meals with it but he’s not picky. I can imagine picky eaters taking umbrage with this. Additionally, it’s about the same price for 30 servings whereas the prior product was 60 servings. At this point I’ll probably just buy human NAD+, which is subject to more stringent testing AND is cheaper. Insane.

This product is so dumb.

I love Zesty Paws. But... the presentation of this product is just terrible, needlessly wasteful and expensive. For one, Chewy does not make it clear what you are

I love Zesty Paws. But... the presentation of this product is just terrible, needlessly wasteful and expensive. For one, Chewy does not make it clear what you are getting. I thought I was getting powder packets...instead I got individual caplets with a "probiotic paste pill wrap." The pill wrap was flatly refused...and my dog will usually at least taste something new before he decides he doesn't like it. The pill wrap really was just an unappetizing little vat of paste that you have to scoop out and mold around the caplet. You don't need it. It's just plain stupid. You can use a Pill Pocket or a piece of cheese or spoonful of wet dog food. And THE PRICE is just OUTRAGEOUS for what you get. You can buy the same amount nicotinamide riboside online for $20. So am I being charged $40 for the paste? Sorry Zesty Paws. You really let me down here. 0 stars.

Possibly magic

Our 11 year old squishy-face pup got his first round of Kennel Cough ever earlier this year. That quickly turned into pneumonia. All that lead to his energy decreasing

Our 11 year old squishy-face pup got his first round of Kennel Cough ever earlier this year. That quickly turned into pneumonia. All that lead to his energy decreasing and his desire to play during the fall was at an all time low. We were worried because we recently adopted a puppy and they used to play 24/7 and now the older pup wanted nothing to do with his brother. I, on a whim, purchased this. I was hoping a little boost of whatever is in these to help with aging would help bring the puppy back in our senior dog (who has never once acted older than 5 years old). It did! After 2 weeks of giving him this (with the probiotic paste!), he has started running around with the puppy, having daily wrestling matches with the puppy and acting like his old self!

Amazing!

My pup is 15 and slowing down. These caps seem to give him more energy. My husband noticed it too. My pup loves taking them and he has always been very difficult

He can hold one for a long time and go spit it out somewhere. That probiotic wrapping works. I will keep using this product, but it is expensive.

I purchased this after researching how to help an older dog age better. It is known to help with cognition, heart help, and it also helps regulate sugar for diabetic

I purchased this after researching how to help an older dog age better. It is known to help with cognition, heart help, and it also helps regulate sugar for diabetic dogs. My dog is much more active, playing, and his glucose has been more regulated. The sachet powder seems to be flavorless and colorless and has had no effect on my dogs eating, he eats it up.
