Buyer Beware

So. These were listed as $10 each on the website. I ordered and paid $40. 4 for $10. When you zoom in on the picture it says SOLD IN PAIRS. MUST BUY TWO FOR A COMPLETE

So. These were listed as $10 each on the website. I ordered and paid $40. 4 for $10. When you zoom in on the picture it says SOLD IN PAIRS. MUST BUY TWO FOR A COMPLETE SET. But I thought I was covered with my choosing 4 at $10 each option. Which was clearly stated. Then they arrived. I got one box of two. I reached out to Chewy and the customer service rep in the chat said it was misleading and incorrect information on the website but I needed to pay another $40 if I wanted two more booties. Despite the website at the time of the conversation listing these as $10 each. I explained I just wanted what was advertised on the website and what I had been lead to believe I ordered. The CS Rep doubled down and said I could return the item for a refund or they could charge me another $40 plus tax and then shipping of course because that wouldn't meet the minimum order if I wanted two more. Despite my having already paid $10 each for 4. Don't buy these. I wish I hadn't. Now I have to go thru the inconvenience of returning something because they are not willing to honor their own websites pricing. More hassle for me because of their mistake.

Looks cool, doesn't work at all!

With a heavy bottom and just 1 velcro strap there just is no way to secure them properly short of tightening them to the point of cutting off circulation. Even then

With a heavy bottom and just 1 velcro strap there just is no way to secure them properly short of tightening them to the point of cutting off circulation. Even then unsure they would stay put. They dont come off gradually... they come off immediately. As in a step or 2 and they are hanging off his feet. Cool looking dog shoe but really poor design, ergonomics and functionality. Almost gimmicky they're so bad. Unfortunate. Really wanted them to work. The search continues.

The way these shoes are sold is stupid. I'd rather pay $80 for the full 4 instead of thinking it was $40 for 4 but to receive 2. Shoes were good quality though and

I'm glad you can buy this by pairs now because originally i bought a 4 pack and realized my dog's front paws are a good 2 sizes larger than the back!

Poor finish

I was excited to receive the product but the product didn’t live up to the expectation. It has poor finish and not easy to put on as it does not open all the way
