Could you warm this up a little in the microwave if they don’t seem to like it cold?

It is not recommended to microwave the food as it may cause hotspots. It would best be suggested to warm the food by adding a little warm tap water.

This food contains 5.93% fat as-fed, and 23.72% on a dry matter basis. It has 0.23% sodium as-fed, and 0.91% on a dry matter basis. The phosphorus content is 0.33% as-fed, and 1.31% on a dry matter basis. Lastly, it provides 7.75% protein as-fed, and 31.02% on a dry matter basis.

Packaging issues

I was glad to see a fresh food option from RC, and the shipping from Chewys is always fast and still frozen, my puppy happily eats it all. BUT, we have had 2 separate

I was glad to see a fresh food option from RC, and the shipping from Chewys is always fast and still frozen, my puppy happily eats it all. BUT, we have had 2 separate orders that have had a bag be punctured/not sealed before opening. The first time we could smell something was off and tossed it. Tonight I grabbed a thawed bag and there was a pool of yellow liquid underneath and the bad smell again. 2 orders out of several doesn’t seem like much but is concerning thus the 3 stars :(

The very first bag I opened after thawing they both liked it and ate it all, from the second bag they barely ate so ending up throwing most of it away. I tried again

I tried again with a third bag and cooper ate it ok but ended up vomiting after a little while. Hudson never ate it again after the first bag. Will not purchase again.

Royal Canin comes through again and has come out with a “fresh” nutrient dense puppy and adult dog food. My puppy goes crazy for this version and I love that she’s eating fresh food made with Summer squash, eggs and chicken plus all of the necessary vitamins, minerals and fish oil that she needs for a long healthy life. I was a little worried when I ordered it because it said it comes in seven single serve packets and I live in Florida and the heat is atrocious right now, but I was pleasantly surprised when it came delivered on dry ice, completely frozen solid. I just ordered my second batch.

Lots of Protein and Veggies

I was a little nervous about how this would arrive because it was delivered during a 90+ degree heatwave. I was pleasantly surprised to find it very well packaged

I was a little nervous about how this would arrive because it was delivered during a 90+ degree heatwave. I was pleasantly surprised to find it very well packaged in an insulated box with lots of dry ice. The food was completely frozen when it arrived. I am feeding it to my Cockapoo puppies and they love it! It's soft so easy for young puppies to eat, and mixes well with kibble. The color isn't super appealing but it has a yellowish tint due to the healthy vegetables. With protein and veggies it's a great addition to my puppies diets.

Soft, dog finds it delicious,

Mix it with a bit of kibble and it becomes easier for dog to eat. She has few teeth and struggles with hard food and treats. She’s happy!
