What is available from the supplier may not be what's pictured at the time. Sisal itself is guaranteed, just not the style. Neutral-toned selection of sisal, and weaves perfect for cat scratching or used.

Came pre assembled

Yeah! Didn’t have to put it together! Sturdy and cats love it. Much of the rug covering has been scratched off after only a half a year.

Decent real carpet option

Pretty good tree! The tunnel seems to be the favorite part for all my cats, surprisingly. Love the fact that you can swivel the mid level bed BUT certain positions

Pretty good tree! The tunnel seems to be the favorite part for all my cats, surprisingly. Love the fact that you can swivel the mid level bed BUT certain positions will make it more prone to tipping when cats jump from the top level to the mid level. Agree w the other reviewer that it can't compare to wades cat trees in terms of carpet plush quality and sturdiness, but those are much more difficult to come by (if chewy started carrying them I'd buy a bunch in a heartbeat tho, they truly are the only tip proof ones I've found!) Overall not a bad option if you're looking for a step up from the lower quality faux fur options, but not what I'd consider top of the line.

Cheap carpet used throughout, not a thick pile like I expected. The beds of the levels are not very plush. Overall, unsatisfied but we'll see. Cannot compare

Very nice tree

This tree is heavy and very substantial. I selected it for the scratching surface where the sisal runs vertically which is best for the cats. Pretty sure it will

This tree is heavy and very substantial. I selected it for the scratching surface where the sisal runs vertically which is best for the cats. Pretty sure it will hold up well. One quibble though, the top bed carpet doesn't fit and has to been cut back a bit. For this money would think that would not happen.
