Good material, easy to put on, Velcro is strong so good for active dogs to wear. The hat comes with elastic string that keeps it secured around the ears so the hat actually stays on.

quality is good could use instructions to put on but I managed without. My golden is 65 pounds and 3x a little big. Material is good and hat stayed on.

My daughter wanted her BFF to dress like her for Halloween, and my husband refused to allow our boy dog to wear a skirt. ...so this was prefect. The legs are a little tight but the rest fit perfectly. We went with a large and it stays on very well.
