Penguin Costume

I will say that the price was right for this item, and that was the only reason I didn't return it. Costume was not true to size and the part of the costume that

I will say that the price was right for this item, and that was the only reason I didn't return it. Costume was not true to size and the part of the costume that was suppose to cover my dog's head just was not easy to work with, or big enough. I have ordered many things from Chewy and never encountered a problem, however, I will say overall I was disappointed in the costume this Halloween :(
