Lasted through one photo

Our dog (a 10 pound dachshund) hated this thing. He hated the heavy hat since it's front-heavy and drooped into his eyes. The hat lasted for one photo. He also

Our dog (a 10 pound dachshund) hated this thing. He hated the heavy hat since it's front-heavy and drooped into his eyes. The hat lasted for one photo. He also hated the body-piece. It didn't cover NEARLY enough of him, even if he wasn't a long-bodied breed! We got a medium and it went maybe halfway down his back. On top of that, it spun around him as he moved so it ended up filthy as soon as he started walking around in it. By the time I found him after he wandered off after photos, he had rotated the costume and managed to get one paw wrapped up in it and one paw stuck through the neck hole. He wore this costume for maybe a total of two minutes before it had to come off and was absolutely filthy. Unfortunate!

Please do not order this based on the picture!

If you are thinking this will be a cute costume for your dog and will look like the picture they have displayed then you are wrong! Save yourself the money and frustration

If you are thinking this will be a cute costume for your dog and will look like the picture they have displayed then you are wrong! Save yourself the money and frustration because this is not worth it. The light didn’t work on mine when it showed up, the ears do have wire in them but they do not stick up at all like it shows in the picture, the head in not stuffed so it’s just the ugliest flat head, and last there is no strap around the chest so the cape just falls off. By far the worst costume I have ever gotten and somehow still the most expensive! If I could have gave it less than one star I would have.

On the package it says the nose lights up with installed button batteries and shows a size chart that included larger sizes that may have fit

cutest costume

Loved how easy it is to put on. Definitely have to add stuffing to nose which will be done later and the light for the nose was the perfect touch! Definitely recommend
