Broke right out of the package

I decided to upgrade my pup into a better one since her old one allows her to escape, but to my surprise while I’m setting it up I realized that the bottom bars

I decided to upgrade my pup into a better one since her old one allows her to escape, but to my surprise while I’m setting it up I realized that the bottom bars are broke. This is the second purchase I’ve made kennel wise that’s been broken upon arrival, but this time it’s in 2 places instead of 1. A little disappointed because I even made sure to go with a different brand of kennel from the first.
