Big Dog Brush
Buy this brush for your big, lovable, long haired dog! Bruno, my 95 lb Bernese Mtn Dog loves it. Just the sight of the brush and a handful of Fruitables Roasted Bison treats, as rewards, will cause him to do cartwheels of joy anticipating his brushing. This is our second brush from this company with the first one lasting over 5 years. Durable and biodegradable bamboo handle, comfortable in your hand and effective in grooming long hair makes this brush the one to buy!
Needs Improvement
We have a couple of very small Yorkies and needed a smaller Pin Brush. This brush was the perfect size, however after a couple of attempts, we couldn't get a brush that the pins weren't damaged. Will try to buy this brush again in the future in hopes that the quality issues are fixed.

I am not a review writer but this item I cannot by the life of me find anymore got me to write my very first. Unfortunately is not a great one as I am very disappointed with the one I lately purchased. I used this particular brush for firgot how many years. Could find it at only one pet store in SC, last time i went they did not have the same, had one green called ergonomic what a dissapointment. I purchased from Chewy 3 get one free, decided to use it yesterday, what a disappointment. Is smaller. Pins are harder. The bamboo is different, and dissapointed is the keast I can describe it. Not sure uf harder pins become harder to fall off the brush but is very uncomfortable to use. I still have two of original ones, one with missing pins and the other one I wat h it like a hog not to lose, misplace it because cannot be replaced. Good items do not last very long specially when they are good. The one used yesterday already has 12 pins stuck in see picture
Really cheap
I have a version of this brush that is over five years old. It was gret but the pins finally started falling out so I order a new one. It is NOT the same. Smaller, a thinner and uncomfotable handle, and the wood is not protected/varnished. MUCH cheaper looking and feeling and I can't recommend.
Much smaller than expected
Brush was much smaller than expected. My dog is 60# and this brush is too small.
Thrilled to find the brush
We have had this brush for years and it has been the favorite of the past three of our dogs. So we were thrilled to find it. Unfortunately it arrived with a missing bristle, thus the 4 stars. We won’t tell Bear.
Gets Gobs of hair off
Our mostly self-grooming scotch collie started shedding this spring, and his little puppy brush wasn't cutting it, so we upgraded. This does a great job collecting shed hair, doesn't seem to cause him any discomfort, and is getting down to the skin through his thick fluffy coat.
Nice Brush!
I love the sturdiness of this brush. The bristles don't seem to fall out as they have on many other brushes I've purchased. I only gave it 4 stars because the size is rather small for a "large" size brush. I would like it to be bigger for my big dogs.
Use for cat
I use this for my cat who has very sensitive skin. The metal brushes are too harsh and this is just fine.
