The Pin Brush is excellent for general grooming of small to large dog breeds. This Pin Brush helps to lift out loose hair and debris. Brushing distributes natural oils, leaving a shiny, healthy coat. If the coat tends to be heavily matted, a Safari comb, rake, or slicker can be used to break up the mats. The Pin Brush can also be used to fluff the coat by brushing against the direction of hair growth.
Quality build made with a wooden handle that is meant to last.
Essential tool for all grooming kits. Easily lifts out shedding hair and debris.
Daily brushing ensures a healthy and shiny coat by distributing natural oils around the your pet's fur.
Perfect for tough jobs when used alongside a Safari comb, rake, or slicker. Getting rid of tangles and mats have never been so easy!
Two of them are currently being shown in conformation and performance events. There is a lot of grooming and this brush is the only one that is as comfortable for me as it is for the dogs. We take the smaller one with us to dog events. Can't count the number of expensive (way way more expensive) brushes we have bought over the years . . . . .
Great hair remover

Bristles are a good length. My dog loves her daily brushing! The head of the brush could be a bit larger for our German Shepherd. Overall a very good product.
He likes it...

My Aussie used to hate to be brushed until I finally found one he seems to like.
Easy on the hands and does a great job removing loose hair.
My puppy finally lets me comb her!

My doodle is 2 months old and I am trying to get used to combing her every day. She HATES the steel comb I was using previously and used to try to bite it every time I combed her. She loves this comb however and now lets me comb her with this and then a slicker brush without fuss!
Happy dog likes her new brush

Our Bella is a Shih Tsu mix. She has a full coat. I was using a smaller pin brush with the nubs on the pins with little success. I read an article which recommended using a pin brush without nubs. It makes a great deal of difference. It is so much easier to get through the under coat. This brush is light weight so it is not tiring to use in a full comb out. I am very happy with this brush.
Easy To Use Brush

Great item, easy to use, and my Pom loves to be brushed makes her fur feel soft and removes all the clumps of the under coat well.
great brush for dogs with long hair

I have a mini sheepadoodle with incredibly long hair. I love this brush as it barely pulls and has a large surface area to get a lot of hair in a short amount of time
Not for 1yo Great Pyrenees - double coated dogs
on Oct 28, 2019
Excellent quality of product, but not for my puppy's coat. Purchased because I thought it would be more comfortable for brushing so Squish, our pup, would stop trying to make me stop while I brushed him. Doesn't beat the effectiveness and necessity of a rake, and Squish is just as annoyed when I brush him this this. Suitable as a slicker brush of sorts, but doesn't get at the undercoat. May change once Squish blows his coat a few times.
Brushing small dogs

I have toy long hair yorkies. In my opinion the stainless steel part of this brush is too long. I have an older Safari brush and the bristles are shorter
Decent for a cheaper extra brush!

Nothing fantastic but decent for an extra brush. Not sure if I would buy again.
