Safe Cat Jeweled Glitter Polyester Breakaway Cat Collar with Bell

Bought this in silver for my kitten and it looks so nice on her and it’s a comfortable collar. She doesn’t mind wearing it at all. When it first arrived I was unimpressed, but it is really adorable !! Size adjustment doesn’t loosen up when she scratches or runs around either so I feel like she won’t loose this one.

This collar is real pretty but the outer part is very coarse. I know glitter can be that way at times but didn't expect it to be that hard. I feel like it might irritate kitty. Also trying to unclasp it is a bit difficult, takes a few tries before being able to do it.

I ordered the green color for my cat boy Miles Davis. He's a yellow tabby, and I thought he would fantastic in the green collar. The collar is bright, flashy, and provides the right amount of bling. Solid construction and easily removed. Miles doesn't mind the collar, and thanks to the bell, I can find him easily.

I bought 2 of these, so each of the cats would have a new collar. Their old collars, which also had bells, were starting to show wear. I put the new collar on Snowball (short hair) and she could have cared less. I put it on Chocolate (long hair) and she freaked out. She frantically ran all over the house then hid. I finally got ahold of her and took the collar off. It was a few hours before she was herself again. I thought maybe I accidentally pinched her long hair in the collar so I tried again. She had the exact same reaction. I bought a collar with a quieter, different sounding, bell and Chocolate had no problem with it. So, if your cat is sensitive to sounds, this may not be the collar for I bought 2 of these, so each of the cats would have a new collar. So beautiful! The highlight of it is, it’s not like regular glitter collars. It’s not SUPER rough and the glitter DOES NOT shed or sprinkle off thankfully! I do not like glitter due to the mess but this collar is shed free!!! I still am not 100% on the feeling of it but it’s exactly as expected. My Katara doesn’t love collars, and has skin rashes (like eczema for humans, yes we’ve been to the vet!) and so I avoid putting it on her. But when outside she’s careless about it! Must be comfy. Her taste, certainly not mine LOL!

I'm not crazy about the 'diamond' decoration adorning the clasp but it winds up the under the cats neck so you don't see it. As for the rest of it, it sparkles and the 'sparkle' material does not come off - it's kind of a bristle material which is part of the collar. The break-away part requires more pressure than most to release but any cat over 8 pounds should be able to easily escape if they become snagged on something.

My 5 year old human wanted something flashy for me. She loves me very much and says I’m the most handsome tuxedo cat around. She picked this collar out for me since she couldn’t find a unicorn one. She LOVES the eye catching “diamond” that I proudly wear around. The dog is quite jealous.

We got this for our cat and she initially kept trying to get it off but within an hour she forgot it was there. We love the glitter and bell so fancy for our kitty

I love the look of this collar for my little girl Callie but the outside part of it is itchy and she didn't like it. Kept scratching around that area.

Both cats got glitter collars once I realized they needed to be more visible if they got outside. These are lurex fabric rather than glitter that sheds.
