Perfect size
I had been looking for a small cat tree for my apartment and this is perfect! My cat, who is a large cat, fits perfectly in the top bed, and he loves to hide in the lower compartment. It's very sturdy and only took minutes to assemble. So glad I bought it!
Medium size, not for big cats
Thought was fairly easy to assemble. Do follow instructions exactly, especially for bottom pieces. I had to loosen one side to assemble the 2nd bottom piece into place. The screw holes DO NOT align exactly. The 3 posts are interchangeable if you want to place the sisal post in a different position. I put the sisal post on bottom for my cat. Although the cat condo is carpeted, I suggest adding extra padding to make it more inviting. The size is just right for kittens and small cats, but probably too small for cats over 12 lbs. My cat is only 8 lbs and is handicapped with 3 legs, so this is a good size for her.

Medium sized cat approved
We bought this along with a matching cat tree from chewy. It appears slightly smaller in person than pictures. My cats take turns scratching the post and napping on the top. For reference, the cat in the picture is about 11 lbs. As you can see the bottom pieces are uneven - I think that was my doing when putting it together.
Exactly what I wanted
I am very impressed with the quality of this cat tree. It's the perfect size for what I wanted and all of the cats enjoy it. I wasn't sure if they would like the little cubby but all 4 cats have used it. It was very easy for my 11 year old to put together.

Easy to assemble And looks good. Most importantly My 2 cats use it. I do have a large Cat and he fits in it just fine. People say it's too small for large cats but it's not, my large lion cat likes to fit into small things it makes him feel safer and more comfortable. My kitten likes it as well. I come home from work and I find that they both are using it just fine.
Very hard top bed, much smaller in person
Not the best made, the bottom pieces do not connect flush. Much smaller footprint than photo depicts. Hard bed/seat. The round one frisco makes is better. My cat wasnt even curious enough to try this one. Im returning
She loves it! She told me so.
The top part has 4 side walls so she loves to curl up in it. The house at the bottom opens up in the back, just in case. It's a nice neutral color too.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. Would have given maximum rating but two of the screws did not align perfectly to connect and I was able to make it work, but would have liked them to align. Overall, for the price, IT'S GREAT! Sturdy, not tippy and my two rescue kittens love it. They love the little cave at the bottom... the scratching post and the upper bed is the perfect perch for bird watching from the window.
Screw holes do not line up
It is decent I guess. However most of the screw holes are off by an inch or two which means you have to drill new holes if you want it to stay intact And sturdy when a cat is using it. Pretty cheap quality product all around. Would not recommend.
