Not safe, couldn’t support 8lb cat.

It’s not safe Chewy actually refunded my purchase because the manufacturer did nothing except offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase Like that’s ever going to happen!!

Unpacked the item and it was broken. The scratching board was bent in half and crumbling. No instruction pamphlet if I even had the functioning product.

missing screws
We only had enough screws to put up the little house looking thingy and that they seemed to love. But never got the rest of the assembly kit.

Not even put together right
The bridge wasn't even put together correctly as shown on photo. So now I'm going to have to rip it off and put it back on somehow the right way? I know the reviews

I know the reviews said don't use the screws that come with it so I knew I already would have to make some alterations. Which I'm fine with bc lets face it this is $300 less than most cat walls. But this is just stupid and careless to send the bridge this way. #sendmeanewbridge

The task rabbit had to use their own stronger fasteners to put it in and didn’t use the ones included because they’re weak. Most likely still won’t last long and will have to take it down because it bends and is wobbly after use. Aesthetically nice but wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all

I put this up in my daughter’s room last night but ended up using my own drywall anchors for most of the platforms. I used theirs for one or two and it doesn’t look good for the long term. The cats do love it, and I love the idea, so it’s worth a try. Also, the picture directions are unworkable for the top rest and there are no holes in the scratcher for the bottom so we didn’t end up using it.
Anchors are bad. Lasted only 3 weeks before it fell out of the wall
Not worth it. If you have your own very good anchors then use them but do not by any means use theirs. The bracket fell off the wall within 3 weeks. Going to throw
