Waterproof
I bought two for use in the Kennel when we board them because they’re supposed to be waterproof. Very disappointed that they were not nearly as fluffy as the picture

The dog bed came rolled up with all the air sucked out of it. A day later and it’s still so flat. My dog might as well be laying on the hard floor instead of this

This ships directly from the seller and NOT through Chewy so this isn't really a reflection of Chewy, which I otherwise love and adore-- but the first package I received was not a bed, but 20lbs of coffee grounds, which was... bizarre. Chewy has sent a replacement but in the meantime I seem to have also been sent the original bed and disappointing is an understatement. It was rolled and crammed into a box-- I expected it was vacuum packed and would expand... alas. I'll let the pictures explain. I have no idea what I'm going to do with another flat lumpy sad bed that I can't even put in the washing machine if the second bed is the same.
